sxsw-austin-texas-2012Every now and then I attend a session at SXSW that provokes more questions than answers.

This was one of those panels. I wanted easy to understand, actionable steps, but all I got was a lot of commentary flying back and forth and not much quantifiable information to pull out of it, except that opinions run hot and heavy on the subject! With that being said,

    Loved the article, Lori, and I appreciate your skepticism. I have a small business client and we have concluded that for now, the penalties for not having a presence on Facebook are too high, even without a clear ROI in terms of sales/rentals.
